Account Officer
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, record payments and ensure timely disbursements in line with credit terms.
- Perform accurate data entry and updates in the accounting system.
- Review and verify invoices, payment requests and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate utility and supplier payments as scheduled.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing of financial documents.
- Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Support Finance team with general administrative and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accounting and/or professional certification.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in finance or accounting roles.
Accountant
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Oversees financial and management account processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labours and overhead expenses and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive cost efficiency and operational improvement.
- Assist in cash flow and working capital management, including credit and foreign exchange risk monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls.
- Coordinate with bankers, auditors and regulatory bodies for reporting and compliance matters.
- Contribute to financial modelling, business case analysis, and strategic decision support.
- Support system improvements, digitalization of finance processes, and team development.
- Perform ad-hoc task or assignments as delegated by management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or recognized professional certification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/CMA) and a member of MIA.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, with a strong focus on financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Audit experience and prior work in a manufacturing environment will be considered an added advantage.
Technical Engineer
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Prepare samples and follow up on design, process parameter settings, and product quality.
- Determine Process Control Plan on process key point and product requirement.
- Conduct evaluation of raw and packaging materials and propose process or quality improvements for cost savings or material substitution.
- To conduct day to day technical services to production on formulation review & process design vs product requirement.
- Ensure internal lab testing carried out as planned, analyse result and complete report as assigned.
- Implement and execute QA functions in line with QMS to ensure product quality meets customer requirements and compliance with company specifications, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Systematically review and document processes or product requirements for standardization according to QMS practices.
- Handle and investigate customer complaints and goods returns, including conducting preliminary investigations and verifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement programs that reduce non-conformities and improve quality.
- Report abnormalities to superiors promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess with Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in quality tools and a strong understanding of quality management systems will be considered a plus.
- Able to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Product / Process Engineer
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Organize, implement and monitor daily production control and activities.
- Enforce machine setup compliance to meet average output targets for each shift.
- Analyze production variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of data pertaining to NCN, Waste and FG by conducting consistent checking and take corrective action against non-conformities.
- Oversee and monitor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation in the shop floor.
- Enforce compliance with company rules and regulations through routine inspections.
- Minimize the WIP production by controlling the overproduction quantity, production schedule and WIP movement.
- Implement CAPA to rectify customers’ complaint and conduct routine audit to minimize non-conformities.
- Train and coach workers to meet required product conformity standards.
- Ensure machine availability to meet production goals and control production scheduling to meet delivery timelines.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and new projects to boost productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and company objectives.
- Perform any other duties from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or other related engineering fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Technician
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Implement and carry out preventive maintenance activities as instructed by Senior Technician
- Provide after-hours on-call support to production operations.
- Respond to machine issues and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
- Attend to emergency repairs and services when required.
- Report abnormalities to the Maintenance Engineer or Senior Technician.
- Handle mechanical and/or electrical repair activities.
- Conduct basic welding tasks as needed.
- Ensure safety measures and accident prevention steps are in place during maintenance work.
- Support production during machine downtime to resume operations efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Willing and able to work on rotational shifts.
- Must be available to attend to emergencies on-call when required.
Production Technician
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines and support in overseeing daily production activities.
- Check and verify production data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure output meets quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure achievement of shift production targets and control all production activities.
- Ensure the machine is in good working condition and report any abnormalities.
- Enforce compliance with QMS, EHS, Best Way Practices, ISCC and 5S activities among all workers.
- Coach and brief subordinates based on work orders and any special production requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

QA Inspector
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Assist Technical Engineer in new product/sample preparation, trials, and external testing.
- Conduct testing for process improvement, material evaluation, and product quality.
- Monitor performance of critical orders and collect data for process control.
- Perform lab tests, verify results, and maintain equipment and records properly.
- Support QA activities like process audits, rework, and non-conformance handling.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, GMP, ISCC and 5S standards.
- Report abnormalities and assist in implementing improvement plans.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Polymer, Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) will be an added advantage.
- Able to work in a hot and noisy environment.
- Self-disciplined with good time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge is required.
QC Inspector
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming and final QC inspections based on approved plans and verify material/product quality against specifications.
- Inspect product appearance, packaging, and labelling per instructions.
- Conduct lab testing and internal equipment calibration as scheduled.
- Evaluate raw and packaging materials and monitor testing material stock levels.
- Identify, segregate, and quarantine non-conforming products.
- Support rework, sorting, and goods return processes; assist in data collection and complaint investigations.
- Report abnormalities and submit required reports.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with QMS, EHS, GMP, ISCC, 5S, and safety guidelines.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Possess SPM qualification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) will be an added advantage.
